Rip off!
We had been using NICE home services for years now to maintain our HVAC and fireplace (which they no longer service). Few years back my gas fireplace stopped working. I called NICE home services because at that time they used to repair fireplaces. The technician came to my home and spent almost 45 minutes trying to diagnose the issue. He finally told me it would cost about $2000 to have it repaired. Given the high cost, I decided to postpone the repair and get a few more quotes from other people. A friend of mine recommended "Gas and Fireplace by 3" to look at my fireplace. They were able to repair my fireplace in less than 30 minutes without replacing any parts for $200. NICE home services are more into sales than helping out their customers. Everytime a technician from NICE visits me, they are always trying to upsell me on products I dont need for my home. Its super annoying and infuriating. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Nice Home Services. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

Knowledgeable technician, professional, friendly and did a good job. I would recommend NICE Home Services to others. We have been using NICE Home Services for years. The annual heating and cooling inspections are thorough and provide us with peace of mind.

My Realtor paid $180 for my system to be serviced twice for one year. The First time the technician came out I was told that I needed the condensation drain to move out of the way and that would cost more than $400. I had another HVAC company come out to determine that nothing needed to be done for a cost of $99. This was April of 2019. On February 17, 2020, I had the Nice Home Services come out after constantly being called during work and on the weekends. I was told that I needed a new contactor and safety switch for a costs of $538. I had a Master technician come out from ***, who determined that nothing was wrong with the system. I lost a half of day of work and $89. I am truly annoyed and would like $180 paid to Nice Home Service, paid to me since I had to pay two HVAC technicians that determined nothing was wrong with the system after being told by Nice Home Services that something was wrong with the system. If the condensate drain needed to be moved out in April of 2019, would it still not need to be moved out on February of 2020 since I had not had it done.

We first thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We do see where a yearly Comfort Advantage Club membership was purchased on 4/11/19. Our first visit was on 4/13/19 for a diagnostic of the AC in the home and was informed by the homeowner that they needed to floor drain cleared, which is a plumbing concern and we do not offer plumbing services. Our technician still evaluated the AC in the home and said that the condensate line should to be moved for proper access to the indoor part of the HVAC system. He did provide options to have the work performed but the homeowner declined. We had a senior technician return 4/20/19 to properly access and evaluate the indoor system and a 2nd technician recommended the same and that the condensate line should be moved. These are suggestions and recommendations made by our highly trained and qualified field staff. After this visit there was no response to our calls or texts for your next service under the membership until 2/14/20.

We had a technician come out for a routine maintenance check on 2/17/20. Our technician did the full tune-up and saw that the contactor was clicking on and off and not making a full connection. She made the recommendation to have it replaced but this was declined by the homeowner and said they would contact the home warranty company. We reached out multiple times to discuss the appointment and ensure it was a great experience and this could have been addressed internally. We received an email stating everything that is in this Revdex.com complaint on 02/20/20 and responded immediately but have not received a response back. Our technicians make accurate and honest recommendations when they are in our clients homes and that is what happened on each of the instances.

Great service, very courteous and friendly. I look to NICE for all of my HAVC and water heating needs.

We had our fireplace installed about 6 years ago, the best home improvement we could make. With age the pilot assembly had to be replaced. We still had issues and the initial installer came back to make sure it fit back flush against our wall. Freddy T, the initial installer went above and beyond to fix our issues! Highly recommend Nice for your furnace/gas fireplace needs. Considering a gas fireplace? This is the company I highly recommend!

Great service. On time. Efficient. Obviously knew what she was doing. Very courteous and pleasant.

Since July 2019, NICE has installed a hot water heater and gas fireplace in my home. The salesmen were patient in explaining the different features of both products and their communications are awesome. I always knew when they were on the way, with a picture of the technician. We hit a glitch with the gas fireplace but there was absolutely no push back. It was reworked to my full satisfaction. Deidra is very helpful in the office and in returning calls. I'm gradually moving my annual Inspections for systems installed by other firms over to NICE. I highly recommend this company.

He was very informative and knew a lot about our gas fireplace. So much so that we decided to switch HVAC company & sign up for a yearly contract.

Nice is a joy to deal with - efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and - well, nice!

This company did not properly install a newly purchased Lennox air handler six years ago and, as a result, it has become increasingly difficult to insert and remove air filters. I contacted NICE over a year ago and they told me there was nothing they could do to rectify this, a conclusion that has been confirmed by other HVAC companies who have inspected it. Since it is not possible to either repair or replace the filter rack, a separate air cleaning unit will need to be retrofitted, costing me close to $1000.
