Nice Nails Spa

I had got my nails done at this nail salon and the man who did my nails did not know how to properly do them my nails kept popping off and he couldn't get the shape right . I told him to fix the shape and he did . I ended up dealing with it and paid for the service. 4 days later one mail popped off as I was putting my hair up and they were all lifting . On day 5 another one popped off so I called the place and spoke to the lady and told them I need them fixed because it has been 5 days and they are already coming off . She told me she would call her manager and for me to go in and she would fix them I told her if she would fix them for free she said she would ask her manager I told her it's been 4 days I will not pay to get them fixed then she asked me to go over so she can fix them I then got to the salon and she said she would only fix the ones that are off and I told her all of them are coming off and she told me she would not fix them now and for me to wait another day to ask her manager . I told her if she can call him she said no and ignores me . I continue to keep asking for help from her and the other two employees to help me and they all ignored me . I called the police and was waiting for the police and the manager arrived I tried to talk to him and the other employee was screaming over him as I was talking telling me she won't touch my damn nails . The manager offered no solution and told me he does care what we say they won't fix the nails and to get out his salon . I have everything on video record to prove this happened
