Our job is services job you know that, that’s meant customer is our God to us, we love depent on them, they are our income, our survival, our living that us why we always treat them good and nice you know, and we work hard for that, but some customer is nice and easy and some difficult and picky but we always make them happy, just somebody they want their nail is done, try to complaint don’t want to fix and make a noise, complaint and don’t want to paid ask for money back and walk away, that’s okay to us too, because like I told you customer is our God rightBeside that we have the right to refuse any service to anybody rightWe waste the labor that’s ok, but we need money for suppliesI ask them if we cant make you happy, you can try another nail shop, but here you cant happy with anyone I don’t know what to do to help you with no except let you goSorryYou know some story like thatBut believe me, Customer is God to usThey are our living, no way I treat them badThank you for reading this letter

I have had this business for years and have a good recordNow there is a lots of customers they just want to the nail done but don't want to pay money, we are all in the labor can't be return and the material put on the nail can't be back, but after the nails done they want their money back,
don't want to take off the nailsYou know the nails we put on is fakng nail they usually stay only weeks and will be pop off, if someone is good skill can keep them stay over a little bitIf we make some thing wrong, mistake they can correct us right away or make commitment, if they infected they can go to the doctor, our insurrant will take care with that but they don't do thatThey just want to complaint to get money backI am sorry, if we wrong we can make it right until you feel happy, if you see something wrong you can tell us to make it rightI will thank you very much don't just make small things become a bigger problemThank you very muchCustomers look like god to usYou know they help us to have income to surviveThank you very much and sorry for whatever make you unhappyOnce more Thank you

Review: They were using dirty instruments. I saw [redacted] use the same supplies on 2 different customers and drop a file on the ground and pick it up then continue using it. Also they ripped my acrylic nails off that it gouged my nails causing them to be infected.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of 35. They are a cash only establishment

Review: Today I was shocked/ appalled & extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in this facility. For one,they used the same tools I just watched the man (by the name of [redacted]) use on another girl, right before me without even sanitizing/cleaning them or switching them out. I requested a service for a "fill" on a previous service (full set)I received from "[redacted]" (who I asked her for her business license and she refused to show me.) The Nails I walked out with were lumpy,sharp on the edges,not filed down what so ever,burn underneath my fingertips where they cut me carelessly with their drills on turbo speed.When I asked them to fix their mistakes, because I was extremely displeased with the end result-the woman snapped at me and replied,"you will pay for [redacted] time. Not our fault you don't like nail. You want new nail,you come back tomorrow pay me for my time." I felt obligated to pay,especially the way she made a scene in front of all the other customers,and talked down to me like a child. So I paid the 20 Dollars to her for "[redacted]'s time" but when I got in my car,I looked down at my nails and knew I had to have them removed ASAP for my own safety,due to the fact that the entire facility is covered in dust,I have never witnessed them clean ANYTHING,including the water basin I put my feet in for my pedicure. This place is definitely NOT up to code,and something is very fishy about her flipping out on me just for simply asking to see a copy of her business license,which she refused to let be seen. Makes me wonder if she has a legitimate business license(or one that is up to date),since she claimed to be the owner when I asked for the owner,she told me to just leave and never come back. She said I am not allowed to look at her license and if I wanted one,I should look at "[redacted]s" since he did my service. She seemed scared,making statements like,"you don't take my license. You take his." My next call is to the CA State Board.Desired Settlement: Health inspections need to be done immediately. State Board needs to pay them a visit,I am under the impression they are running an illegal operation.
