I sent the items back and Holly mentioned I would be compensated $postal service returnWhen she forwarded the mistake blue owls they were badly damagedJunki would appreciate my $postage returnedI supplied the recieptPlease view your records
[I paid $due to this companies errorAnd the owls they sent after the error were junkRevdex.com please review the information and emails I sent regarding this companyI will never use them again, Holly was not helpful and they have poor customer service skillsI wanted these owls for favors but this company really messed up badly by sending me baby bottles with an owl slipDon't you think its fair they cover their error and train their staff betterThis is not a great customer friendly officeI would appreciate you reviewing my reciept copy sent along with a damaged blue owlPlease don't throw me under the carpetI had a bad nightmare with this companyThey don't seem to know what is happening]

Order was shipped and delivered to customer's address provide on her order form ([redacted]) . She claimed non-receipt so we explained that we would need to start an investigation with [redacted] which could take up to 10 business days to conclude. Customer did not want to wait for...

the investigation to conclude and contacted the Revdex.com. At this time, per my conversation with [redacted] (less than the 10 days) they do not have an answer however we will process the full refund  back to the customer's card. E-mails  were responded to promptly however the phone number that the customer provided on her order was not a working phone number (###-###-####).

Please see string of emails that were sent between customer and NicePriceFavors. The latest e-mail was sent to [redacted] on 5/**/16 at 3:45PM (below)which I do clearly let her know we cannot refund for monies above and beyond what she paid to us. We would have gladly picked up the incorrect merchandise had we promptly been notified prior to her shipping it back without authorization from us. [redacted]

Customer has been refunded in full in the amount of $16.45Holly [redacted]

[This company is not operating as should operate. Customers should not have to go through all this grief. It was the companies error and they should satisfy me the customer or just not do business. I find it insulting to recieve the wrong order and on top of it no response on returns. Better information must be given and available for a customer. Ask, How would they like to recieve garbage and have to pay double for some error that was their side of vendors or who ever packages? I think this company should be fined for bad service. I was one that brought out their bad business to the light but other people are too shy to do what I do. I think they should pay me the $28.01 and quit making excuses or hounding me. Please see the picture I sent of quality and reciept of post office. Companies like this should not be operating if not willing to work with a customer. Very poor quality, marketing and customer service. I spent money on something they guaranteed quality. I find it a very biast company and broken system on handling product.]
