Review: I ordered a 60 dollar Captain America tie from this company and I received a tie that has a stain on it. I saw the same tie on eBay with the exact same stain on it for around 30 dollars. So this company must have bought this tie off eBay and resold it to me for a way higher price. I was not supposed to be getting a used tie.Desired Settlement: I would like to keep the tie but I would like some of my money back since the tie has a stain on it.

Review: I ordered a Star Wars tie over month ago, May 17th from Nice Tie Store. I have also paid it! I was going to give it as a birhtday present to my fianc and now its already too late. On Nice Tie Stores website they promise to delivery in 8-16 days worldwide.I have also send three e-mails, but they dont answer.Desired Settlement: If I get my product soon, I want to have it! Otherwise I want my money back. I am so disappointed, my husband-to-be is so upset, because he is a BIG fan on Star Wars...

Review: My complaint is threefold:*The shipping speed of this vendor was excessively slow (over 1 month), contrary to their self-professed speedy shipping policy*The tie I received had wear-marks, holes, and poor stitching*I have been in correspondence with the company for 2 months attempting to get a replacement. While they return my emails, they keep extending the amount of time this will take. In the meantime, they have not offered me an explanation.The product I purchased from them was a $60 "Daredevil" necktie. I could have ran to any department store and purchased two ties of much superior quality for this price. Instead, it has taken over 3 months for Nice Tie Store to get this order right.Desired Settlement: I wish for Nice Tie Store to send me a replacement tie or refund my money. They have promised to send a replacement, but have not delivered on said promise for over a month.

Review: I placed an order with the Nice Tie Store on March 25, 2013. I had ordered a Star Wars tie. At the time of my order, the tie was available. The tie was for my son's 8th grade graduation which is May 9th. The Store charged my card through Pay Pal that same day of my order. I waited nearly three weeks and decided to e-mail the company on April 12th, asking about the status of my order. I recieved a reply within a couple of hours from the "owner?" J[redacted] H[redacted]. It actually doesn't say if he is owner, manager, or whatever, but his photo is on the website...who knows if that is even J.H.? Anyway, his response was that he would "Check this and send a reply later today." I have not heard back from him and it is now April 19th, a week later. In the interim I tried checking the website and it was no where to be found and my e-mails were returned "failure notice". The website is now back up and even though my e-mail are not being answered, they have not been returned either. The tie I ordered is also now listed as "no longer in stock". I have decided to order a tie from another company. My son is very upset, as he was very much looking forward to his Star Wars Movie Poster Tie. I would like a refund for my orderDesired Settlement: Full refund. Of course I would love to receive the tie...but feel this is fast becoming a moot point.

Review: I was charged for a purchase from the Nice Tie Store on 11-17-14. I have contacted the store several times because I have not received the product. One time I had a response from the store assuring me I would have the product by the following Monday (which I did not) and I have not received a response to my latest contact to the store.Desired Settlement: I would like the product delivered as promised in time for Christmas.

Review: I placed an order on 10-2-13. In the email, I requested that I receive the item no later than 10-13-13. I received an automated confirmation email that same day. However, I did not receive the tie by 10-13-13. An email was sent to me on 10-15-13 indicating the tie would ship on 10-17-13 and I would have it by Sat., 10-19-13. The tie did not arrive. I followed up with another email and was told I would have the tie on Sat., 11-1-13. I responded to this email stating that I no longer wanted the tie. There was no response from the company. On 11-12-13 I witnessed a charge of $64.95 to my checking account from Nice Tie Store. I emailed them today and stated, once again, that I did not want the tie and I expected them to credit my account $64.95 no later than 11-14-13. I received an email indicating that they would credit my account. Based on my previous history with this company, I have almost no faith that they will follow through with my request. I do not have the tie nor do I want the tie. I simply want my checking account credited $64.95 from Nice Tie Store.Desired Settlement: I want proof that I will be refunded the entire amount ($64.95) from Nice Tie Store.

Review: Ordered several ties from company back in February. 3 ties were delivered, one was not. Order slip stated last tie was back ordered 10-15 days. That was in February. I have emailed company several times and have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: Tie should be delivered and credit card reimbursed for cost of tie

Review: I contacted [redacted] at nicetiestore.com on May 26th, 2015 looking to purchase ties for my middle school music program. I let [redacted] know that I needed the ties by August 3rd, 2015. He was very fast getting back to me and we exchanged emails about the product and settled on a price. I emailed him back asking if the ties were in stock, he replied on may 31st that the ties were indeed in stock. June 3rd an email came in from [redacted] asking if the check went out as he did not receive it. I then received another email on June 15th letting me know that we should revoke the check and send a new one to his bank so things move faster. We next day aired the check to [redacted]'s bank since we have worked with him before. June 19th another email from [redacted] arrived stating the ties are still in stock. No correspondence took place until I emailed him several times and eventually on July 30th he replied that my emails were being sent to his junk folder. In several emails I asked for a tracking number, the emails moved into August past the delivery date and no product. On August 17th he replied that the ties arrived and I should have them by that Friday but did not send a tracking number. I repeatedly asked for a tracking number and nothing. Finally on August 24th he emailed stating he has been out of the office and the ties should be arriving this week. I have emailed several times again and have not had a reply. It is now October 6th, 2015 and no product has arrived and my check has not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would either like my check returned or the product delivered as my students are waiting for the ties they purchased

Review: I order 5 ties from this vendor, I received a bill which I paid. The vender has yet to reply to my emails about the delivery date. The delivery date was suppose to be on October 16, 2015. Today is October 27, and I have no ties and no one has responded to the three emails I sent to the vendor. I simply want a refund. I have yet to receive a response to any of my emails. This is very poor customer service. I no longer desire the ties.Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund.

Review: Odered a Vince Lombardi tie from thier website on Jun 12, 2013

To date (Aug 2, 2013) I have not recieved the tie that I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would still like to recieve the product ordered and that I was told was going to be delivered. However at this time mainly looking to share this experience with others interested in the company. So, I would like the information regarding the Revdex.com service. As this purchase was for a special event I placed the order almost two months prior to the event, so somewhat upset by the lack the companies ability to provide the product I ordered. It would be nice to get an apology.

Review: I ordered a tie on 6/25/13 for my best friend's birthday on 7/8/13. My credit card was charged $34.95 the following day. After 10 days, I hadn't received the tie I purchased and emailed the company. Another two days passed and after calling several "wrong numbers" (their number is not listed on their website), I left a message on an answering machine asking when I should expect my tie. It is now 7/27/13 and I have yet to hear anything from this company and the tie I ordered is now listed as "unavailable". The company has not provided me with any further information or tracking number and I'm getting the same answering machine every time I call, no matter what time of day it is. All I want is either the tie or my money back.Desired Settlement: If the tie has become unavailable since I ordered it, I would like a refund or at least the courtesy of informing me of what happened. Otherwise, I just want what I paid for!
