I paid money to this company for advertising that they never delivered.
They called me for advertising with a local team in the area to be printed on the schedules. They had me go to their website to show me they were Revdex.com rated A+ so I thought it was a legit company and they would deliver. They gave me a proof of my ad but then never delivered the schedules to me or to anywhere else that I can prove. I called and emailed several times they said they would send and never have receive anything over the period of 4 months. I paid $400 and want my money back or at least to let other people know so they don't fall for this scam again.

Desired Outcome

I want back the $399 I paid to them.

Sept 16, 2019 was the last answered inquiry about production and distribution from this customer. Then on 11-21-19 we receive an Email that says LAST CHANCE! We promptly started to reply and see what the issue or issues was, and how we could rectify them. While I was researching to get her more information, with different departments we receive this complaint and in accordance with the Revdex.com we will no longer try to resolve this complaint with out their assistance. We will state as a company that this is not a typical experience and we do not like unsatisfied customers, we will do everything to make sure you enjoy working with us. Furthermore this is the first request this client made in regards to a refund, I will extend a partial refund of 249.00 to this client as a settlement with the understanding that any further Video or online marketing will be disposed and not delivered.

This is not acceptable. I would like a full refund. The only thing I ever got from this company was a proof of my ad, after I asked for it. Then I called twice in September and spoke with two different people letting them know I never received anything. He said they would send me out schedules I never received them. Then when I reached out in November they said they would send me a distribution list. I waited two weeks and never received anything. Since I never received the schedules themselves or never received a distribution to see if and where they were even distributed I have literally received nothing for my money. I would like a full refund.

I was willing to resolve this, prior to the additional exposure running as of this moment we have ran your video exposure and your Social media. You have reaped the benefits of the promotion. I will issue a full refund only to resolve this issue with out further expense to either party.

This was a great company to work with . The print membership they gave us with our the purchase saved us hundreds on a large print project we had done.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was contacted by one of their sales reps and told about an ad buy opportunity that would get me a 15 second commercial on FSOHIO. What I did get was terrible communication and low quality work. I was told I would be provided an affidavit proving that my ad was aired and that was over 2.5 months ago. It took them six months to complete an ad that after I saw the finished product could be done within 10 min. I had to produce MY OWN ad and provide it to them to air to ensure something respectable would be aired. Which to this day I have no idea if it did, I was told that I would be given air dates and times a week before air time and that never happened either. Don't do business with them save your money.

We have not received the product that we paid for and the business continues to not communicate and/or be dishonest about the issues at hand.
On December 18, 2018 I received the first communication from Pastime Publishing via an employee of theirs named ***. She called trying to sell our office an ad for a local college baseball schedule poster, which would include a TV ad and an ad on screens in local gas stations. We gave her our CC number and our card was immediately charged $300.00. During the selling process she was very attentive and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Once they had our money, the communication basically stopped. They did create an ad for us to preview, which we were not happy with and asked them to change. Weeks later (after much persistence on our end) we did receive a new ad to preview. That was on Monday, January 28th. I then asked an employee named *** when we could expect to see the posters delivered to our office, which was part of the original deal. He told me on February 6th that they would be printed that week. I didn't hear anything from him so I contacted him the next week asking about them and he said (on Feb 13th) that we would receive them "this week". We haven't heard anything or received anything. Every person we speak with at this business is rude and short with my boss and I each time we try to contact them. They respond to emails with one sentence replies, they will not speak to us on the phone, etc. We continue to get the run around and to be lied to by this business' employees. As of today I have requested a full refund and have notified *** and *** that we will be filing a complaint with your organization as well as fraud charges with our CC company. This has been an overall terrible experience from the day that this business took our payment. I have all of the email correspondence between ***, *** and myself if that is needed for this complaint.

We want a full refund immediately.

was the sales associate who was in charge of the account. She is on an extended leave of absence. I was not in the morning of the 19th, when they called me to ask about the product. When they called my extension they did not leave me a message. When I arrived in the office I seen an email from them requesting a refund at which point I issued. There is no dishonesty , nor at any point did we not explain where we were in the process. It was unfortunate that your account representative was not available to speak with you immediately.
