I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10848923, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have only lived in niagara falls for months he was the first place and only place I had rented in Niagara falls so that is a statement he has given, I had previously lived in port jervis ny and floridai only lived in his residence formonththe past months I have lived with my daughter so all these people he staes he has talked to is a lieI dont know anyone up here but my daughter secondly I did pay him security and I have the check to prove it , we left the house in better condition when we left than what it was in when we moved in, we also have pictures of that to prove it, and he had a new tenant moved in on the 3rd of october which proves there was nothing wrong with the apartmentwe did give him notice as he failed to fix any issues with the apartment until after we called the code inspector, he dodged and hid from us, didnt return phone calls thats why we moved outand last there were of us when we moved in which he knew because he met all of us upon looking at the place before renting itto resolve this issue I would like to have my security returned to me the whole $400.00, Regards, [redacted] ***

Nicholas G*** gave me a verbal response very quickly when I called for new address.He stated the business was not in businessHe continued to very quickly give me a verbal response to the complaint: I own 9th Street*** *** did move in but did not give me a security depositShe was
going to do work for the security deposit but did notShortly after a few other people moved in with her, shortly after that, a few more people moved inAt this point a total of people are living in the unitThey left the apartment a mess and I had to do a lot of work to it to make it rentable againJust before the first of the month she said she was moving. I told her she has to give me days noticeShe did notshortly after I ran into landlord friend of mine and we were talking about our tenant issuesHe was saying he was having the same issue as I wasI asked the name of his tenant, it was *** and she did the same thing to himweeks later I ran into another landlord friend of mine at Home Depot and we were talking about tenantsShe did the same thing to them as wellThis tenant is a scamThat's all I have to say

going to do work for the security deposit but did not. Shortly after a few other people moved in with her, shortly after that, a few more people moved in. At this point a total of 7 people are living in the unit. They left the apartment a mess and I had to do a lot of work to it to make it rentable again. Just before the first of the month she said she was moving.  I told her she has to give me 30 days notice. She did not. shortly after I ran into landlord friend of mine and we were talking  about our tenant issues. He was saying he was having the same issue as I was. I asked the name of his tenant, it was [redacted] and she did the same thing to him. 3 weeks later I ran into another landlord friend of mine at Home Depot and we were talking about tenants. She did the same thing to them as well. This tenant is a scam. That's all I have to say.
