My two daughters had their wisdom teeth taken out in june [redacted] and we paid an out of pocket expense knowing that it was covered under our dental insurance. A month after the surgery, I was informed by my medical insurance that the oral surgery (wisdom teeth extraction) would be covered so I called the staff at the Nicholas Gerard office. I talked with [redacted] serveral times to have the charges submitted on my medical. One daughter was submitted and Nicholas was paid for the balance in august [redacted] The other daughter, I had problems with the insurance to pay out and it was finally paid out to [redacted] Gerard on nov [redacted] I've called [redacted] Gerard several times for the refund on my first daughter to be refunded back to me and every time, I would get a round around such as "[redacted] was not there who handles t[redacted]" or messages were not returned. Finally, I talked to [redacted] himself who was rude and didn't want to give me my refund and told me "stop calling" and "we are no longer a patient of [redacted]" and hung up. Finally after [redacted] he sent the first reimbursement for my first daughter. I'm still waiting on my second daughters reimbursement. It's been 3 months after my insurance has gotten paid. [redacted] Gerard uses people's money and doesn't want to refund what has already been paid by the insurance company. We will not be using [redacted] services any more, it either takes him so long to send a refund out (3 months or longer) or he doesn't want to give your back your refund which is both in t[redacted] case.Desired SettlementI would like my refund back for my second daughter, [redacted] in the amount of $221.
