Are you ever going to finish my pool
If I could give 0 stars I would. You have been digging my pool since December 15, when it was supposed to have been completed by October according to Zac. Tried to turn on my heat pump, after the three minute orientation I was given on how to use the pool, heat pump will not even turn on.

Have called Zac, have called customer service. Someone needs to come and fix this and you should have a contract with the concrete company that you have your customers use because they cannot come until the end of June when backfill was completed in March 26.

I will never do business with you again and will not recommend anyone ever use this company.

Nicholas Pools has been in business for over years and we fully understand the state laws regarding final payments and that consumers do not need to make that payment until they obtain a final inspectionThe pool was installed in July of and the homeowner has had over months (swimming seasons) to schedule a final inspection of their pool and has failed to do soIf the homeowner is using the pool without an inspection, they are in fact the ones in violation of the state law and also in violation with their home owner's insurance for using a swimming poll without obtaining a final certificate of inspection and putting themselves at risk should anybody be injured while using that poolThe safety cover contracted with this pool has no bearing and is not required for a final inspection so we are asking the home owner to proceed with their inspection and once approved make the final payment as per our contract and Nicholas Pools will provide the safety cover as agreedEach cover is custom made for every pool so Nicholas Pools has paid the supplier for this cover and has no reason not to deliver it to its intended owner at such time that the contract has been met in fullNicholas Pools is more than willing to assist the homeowner in scheduling the final inspection if they are having difficulty in doing thisThe cover will not be released until a final inspection has taken place so that we are not going into a third season holding this cover in storage and the final payment has been receivedPlease let us know how we may help expediting this inspection so that this matter can be resolved as we are not aware of any issues that would preclude this homeowner from scheduling a final inspection and making the final payment on their poolThank you for your assistance in this matter

Don't do business with them. First of all when you use them for the opening and closing of your pool, they never come when scheduled. Secondly, don't ever pay them in cash. The owner is not a man of his word. I purchased a pool heater from them in cash and I misplaced my invoice. They turned around and sold my heater and are telling me there is no trace of the sale.

need to make that payment until they obtain a final inspection. The pool was installed in July of 2013 and the homeowner has had over 16 months (2 swimming seasons) to schedule a final inspection of their pool and has failed to do so. If the homeowner is using the pool without an inspection, they are in fact the ones in violation of the state law and also in violation with their home owner's insurance for using a swimming poll without obtaining a final certificate of inspection and putting themselves at risk should anybody be injured while using that pool. The safety cover contracted with this pool has no bearing and is not required for a final inspection so we are asking the home owner to proceed with their inspection and once approved make the final payment as per our contract and Nicholas Pools will provide the safety cover as agreed. Each cover is custom made for every pool so Nicholas Pools has paid the supplier for this cover and has no reason not to deliver it to its intended owner at such time that the contract has been met in full. Nicholas Pools is more than willing to assist the homeowner in scheduling the final inspection if they are having difficulty in doing this. The cover will not be released until a final inspection has taken place so that we are not going into a third season holding this cover in storage and the final payment has been received. Please let us know how we may help expediting this inspection so that this matter can be resolved as we are not aware of any issues that would preclude this homeowner from scheduling a final inspection and making the final payment on their pool. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Review: This pool company refuses to deliver my pool cover for the new pool they installed in July of 2013. They were holding it in storage while I waited for some other contractors to finish installing the pool's decking. Now it's Aug 2014 and they refuse to deliver the tarp until I make final payment. New Jersey law clearly says that they can't collect final payment until the final inspection has passed. But in the same conversation they attempted to convince me to pay before inspection. Once I told her I wouldn't make that final payment until it passes inspection, they then must have decided to hold my cover as ransom until they get that payment. So far as I'm concerned they have violated my rights under New Jersey State law. The best solution for me now is to get my cover somewhere else and then get an attorney to sue them for final payment. I can't believe that companies can get away with this. I guarantee if I can't get this pool closed up before it freezes I will be suing them over that as well.Desired Settlement: Delivery of cover so I can get my pool closed because snow will be on the ground before I can get the final inspection.
