The real estate company that listed the house of which I purchased is not taking responsibility for water damages done to the home. Nicholas real estate in Clifton New Jersey ( broker Nichols T[redacted] And agent Hugo M[redacted]) coordinated a cleaning crew to clean the home while it was on the Market. At their last visit- (which was right after my walk through) the cleaning crew caused a flood in the upstairs bathroom damaging ceilings and lighting fixtures. In addition, flooding in the basement causing a lot of flooring to be dislodged. This a very unfair and sad situation as I cannot move in with my family. Nicholas real estate keeps dodging my questions and only wants to point fingers elsewhere. I purchased a house in great shape. But they're ruined it. It is important that we have a place to live that is safe. Thank you!!!

[redacted]Desired Settlement: My wife has taken the time out to interview qualified repair professional. She has done her due diligence with pricing. It would be prudent for the real estate business to take a look at the costs and see it's reasonable and easy to be responsible.
