I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I tried to come to an agreement with you on here instead of the lawyer but I can see its not going to work so from now on you can deal with her lawyer completely. Now its you who needs to get your facts straight. This is not [redacted] her son its [redacted] her grandson who WAS in the basement with you and her when you said about a lean on the house. She is also very aware of whats going on. She told her neighbor [redacted] about your outrageously bill and [redacted] hired a lawyer for my grandmother. And you did leave the last pump you removed and took this one which was still good. Not a rusted out pump. So no more dealing with the Revdex.com deal with her lawyer. Hes waiting for your response.

I am rejecting this response because:
First off you admit you have been going there since the 1960's you knew she had that well you should of come prepared since we told you it was sucking air. Yet you left the ladder at home and charged her for going to get it. Your the plumber you should of known enough to check the well out well before moving to the pump. You should have went in the well before anything was done with the pump. You put that pump in assuming it was ok. You left the last pump at her house it sat there for years. Yet this one you took with you so if it was so worn out why did you take it? Knowones throwing you under a bus your just not being fair. Alot of us even heard you tell her to put a lean on her house to pay you for things we did not ask for. Thats insane! so from here on out the lawyer can handle it.
