I could. At this point I had 2 independent contractors go by to fix both declining the job. The problem we are dealing with here is called tenting, this is when the tiles disconnect from the  subfloor looking like a tent. Stanley Steemer cleans tile on a daily bases without this happening. Tenting is caused by a couple of things, shrinkage and movement. When the movement of a structure starts to happen the inward pressure on the tile will cause them to pup up. Stanley Steemer has made attempts to contact Ms. K[redacted] our calls have not been returned. I would like a chance to meet with Ms. K[redacted] to look at the furniture and if I could be of any help. When we clean furniture there is a cleaning solution used along with hot water.
