I think she paid me around $45000 out of a total cost for services $65,000-$70,000. I have the files somewhere else. I am rejecting this response because:  nothing was completed. I have no kitchen, my son does not have a bedroom or bathroom. I have no entrance into the house from either side of the bedrooms. I have no kitchen cabinets, no 1800 square-foot of the ceramic...

tile like he told me to order. I had to pay $3300 myself to [redacted] carpet for that. I bought my son's handicap tub for his room. I bought my own bath tub. I bought all of the toilets and the sinks.  You had to walk around the house and walk into the French doors and it was nothing but a hull of wood. No drywall no nothing. Then you had to walk around to the other side of the house to access my new bedroom. There was no  access down the old hallway like he told me he was going to do. I told him that the measurements were off on the hallway. And they were by about 7 foot. He wanted to put a zigzag through my existing bedroom to get to my new bedroom. I told him no, I want the original plan where in the hallway, you could walk straight into the new addition. If he thinks he can build me a new kitchen and kitchen cabinets, tile, drywall, and also build my son a new room drywall paint and my sons bathroom for $350 then that would  be great. I don't think that will happen so I have no idea what kind of paperwork he has. But I have all paperwork and all pictures of his shotty work. The wood was even terrible as I have pictures of it as well. I never once came outside screaming at Mr. [redacted]. Yes  it's true I did lose my husband about three weeks before I talk to Mr. [redacted] about the addition. we found out in one day my husband had cancer and he passed the next. Yes it's true I sent my granddaughter back to [redacted] because she would not listen to me. But I still had three day  weekend visits with her. I never once came outside screaming at him I have no mental condition he is just trying to hide behind his terrible work. I don't think anyone should take advantage of a widow with a handicap son and then turn around and blame it on them. Mr. [redacted] lied to me and told me this was a family business  handed down from his father to him. I found out later that his father never built one thing. He told me his father was the moneyman. Mr. [redacted] only flipped houses that his father had bought. He had never built one. It's not fair that a man like this can get by taking  over $57,000 from me then say that he only owes me $350 and that is to build a new kitchen bathroom and bedroom. I don't think that will cover everything that he has not done.  I never text him at 2:30 in the morning as he says, I have all text and all paperwork that shows what the real truth is. If this man was a true man he would pay me back what he owes me and not leave me hanging after taking my husband's life insurance.  I do not have the money to finish the job. I signed up for food stamps last month. And this man has all my money. I do not have a mental condition nor have I ever had a mental condition. I was very torn and upset as expected after losing my husband of 18 years. But I did not do what Mr. [redacted] accuse me of doing.  All I'm asking for is enough money to finish what he was supposed to do. I need a kitchen with cabinets I also need my sons bedroom with bathroom that he promised. The porch he added on I had to pay him an extra $7500 up  Front. I have the paperwork and canceled text on that that he and his fiancée have signed. Please make it right no widow with a handicap sign should ever have to go through being miss treated like Mr. [redacted] did it is not fair. Thank you [redacted]
