Nichols Sealcoat and Paving

Nichols seal coat and paving [redacted] did the work of sealcoating and extending it on August 15th 2013.From the very beginning he seemed rude and impolite to talk to female customers . We took the care of not parking any cars in our driveway for atleast 3-4 days . Somehow I was noticing the marks of the tires towards the front of the driveway . And I was not sure why this was happening . In 2-3 weeks I noticed that a chunk of the extended driveway has come off . I was a little surprised coz the driveway is supposed to be super dry and hard by now. When I touched that part of the driveway , it was like a playdough. Till today , this part of my driveway is not hard at all . I can press it by a finger as if it was a hard playdough . The fact is Nichols sealcoat and paving did not make a good asphalt mixture. The proportion or something is wrong due to which it has not hardened till today . This driveway is no way surving the harsh New England weather and kids playing over it . Besides there are quite a few marks of the tire on the driveway now which looks weird since it never dried till today (after a month ) . I called the business owner on sept 16th if he could stop by and take a look . He said he will stop by on Wednesday sept 18th at 12.30 / 1.00 pm. I waited for this irresponsible person all day ... not going for my special needs son's school meeting . But he never showed up . I called him again and left a messege asking when he is coming ?.He never ever called me back . I am never ever referring this irresponsible guy to anybody . first of all he doesn't do a good job . On the top of that he doesn't know how to behave with customer specially female ones .He has completely ruined our driveway which couldn't even survive for 3 weeks .Product_Or_Service: extending drive wayDesired SettlementNichols sealcoat and paving has completely ruined our driveway . There are tire marks on driveway and it looks uneven now. All of the driveway never hardened even after a month. We are desiring refund of the extended driveway cost coz we will have to get it done from another qualified professional . We don't trust service provided by this business anymore .
