On March 6, 2017, I placed an order on ***.com for three itemsTwo items were to be fulfilled by ***, which they did and one by what they call 'Marketplace' which are third party vendors I got the items from *** without a problem but later I got a package from Supermart.com which was not even close to what I orderedApparently by some error on the *** website the picture, description, etc of the item was completely wrongI ordered an ottoman and instead, I got a stitching book The same day I contacted Supermart to complain and ask for a refund and return shipping labelThey have been refusing to issue a refund after several emailsI went directly to their web page and it clearly states that they offer a 100% money back warranty yet they still refuse to issue a return

I ordered a product from Supermart.com on July 30, at 12:amI received an email saying my order was confirmed and that I would receive another email when my item had shippedBy August 5, I had still not received an email saying it had shipped so I emailed the Supermart.com customer service inquiring about my purchaseI did not receive a responseSince then I have sent multiple emails with the same requestI have even called their customer service number during their "available" hours and was told by a recorded message to call back during their "available" hoursI have still not received any response
