In August of 2016, I had a consultant from the Petkus Brothers advise me that if I put a membrane roof on my enclosed patio that that would stop the leaks So, I had the membrane roof installedHowever, when it rained, the patio still leakedI contacted them and they sent someone out; however, Petkus Brothers was unable to detect the problem This happened over and over again all last year Finally, Petkus Brothers sent out a roofing contractor The roofing contractor said the source of the leak was coming from a valley area on the roof I sent this information to Petkus Brothers with photographs I paid close to $6,for a roof, so the patio would no longer leak I feel Petkus Brothers sold me a product that didn't solve the problem, and they have a responsibility in resolving this issue with me I called three times in the course of months They said that they turned the case over to their supervisor, and that person would contact meNobody contacted me The las

It's been almost a year since we had our sunroom installed by Petkus BrothersI was reluctant to post a review right away, because problems could come up after the installation, and their resolution of issues might change my review while the completion of the sunroom took much longer than expected, the final result was beautiful Recently, one of the fans and the lights were faulty I contacted Kevin, and it was fixed within a week Kevin initially suggested that we would love our sunroom so much that we would spend all our time there We were skeptical He was right Coffee and tea and the newspaper in the sunroom is our routine every morning We love it

I invested in a Petkus Brother's sunroom and it has become the hub of my homeI have been completely satisfied with the quality of the product and have raved about both the sunroom and also the professional service I received from the companyKevin Petkus completed the project on time, on budget, and I was very impressed with the fact that he kept me informed during all the work stagesHe returned calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, clearly and patiently I would recommend this company without reservation

I contracted with Petkus Brothers for a home remodel(Our 2nd contract with Petkus.) From initial consultation thru performance to conclusion the experience was exemplary All our questions and concerns were promptly answered All craftsmen were professional and courteous at all timesWorkmanship is excellent I've not had to call for help on any of their work! I will gladly contract with them againMy advice: Hire Petkus Brothers!

I purchased a Lattice Patio Cover in April from Petkus Brothers I was told there is a lifetime warranty on the product There is a piece of the product attached to my roof that is rotting inside the aluminum wrapI have called the company for three week without a response from their service teamEach time I call I am told they will pass the message to the service departmentOn 7/23/I was told the message would be passed on to the owners *** and *** PetkusThe dates I have called and left messages are 7/16/2018, 7/18/2018, 7/23/and 7/31/To date I have not received a return call from Petkus Brothers

On March 3, 2017, I reported a warranty issue with a warranted patio cover installed by Petkus BrothersThe issue was reported to one of the company owners when he came to our home to bid a new project( I also made a report some five or six years earlier A technician came out and told me to treat the white spots that were appearing on the patio cover with denatured alcohol The issue continued to worsen, and denatured alcohol did not resolve the problem.) The patio cover in question is covered by a 100% lifetime product guarantee The paint has failedThe patio cover requires repainting Since first reporting the issue on March 3, 2017, I have made multiple phone calls (ten or more) and left multiple messages in regard to getting the patio cover repainted As stated by the Petkus Brothers receptionist, my file contains a written notation that the patio cover requires repainting under warrantyMy repeated calls to secure a date for the repainting to be completed have gone u

When I reviewed the final statement of charges and payments, there was a line item for "change order-room" with an associated charge of $This line item had never appeared on the previous invoices, and there had never been a change orderI have attempted for well over a month to receive a refund for this bogus billing, but Petkus Brothers has elected not to respond

I had a patio cover installed about years ago and was happy with it until the bottom of the support posts started rotting outI called and after about months of getting jerked around I was told they would charge me $for the repairsAt the time of purchase and to this day, they advertise lifetime warranty on their patio coversI feel they should honor their advertised warranty

My wife and I contracted with Petkus Brothers for the installation of patio rooms and a general house remodel This is our 2nd contract with Petkus Brothers We are very pleased with this contractor and all the personnel that accomplished the work The work was performed on time, as requested and within the projected cost Impeccable service and assistance to us with design considerations Personnel are trustworthy and very skilled From MrPetkus to the most junior employee, their concern was that we were happy Workmanship is of the highest quality, we have absolutely no complaints - only praise We will only consider Petkus Brothers for additional work Thank you Petkus Brothers!

We had a deck and overhang built in August The quality of work was really good howeverThere is a problem that needs to be fixedAfter calling x and emailing my problem and (even having my neighbor (*** *** call monday Feb 12, )( *** was informed by *** ***, that I would get a call back.) No call and its been weeks since I first started calling which is to put up a downspout or a shield so the rain water doesn't go directly on the deck needs to happenThe downspouts were removed during the deck installationWhen the overhang construction worker came he led me to believe after a discussion that I wouldn't need an a downspout on one side of the houseSo he put up one downspout on one side of the houseI even had my gutters cleaned and it ddn't help

Damage occurred to my vehicle and was told the owner was out of town. When I contacted the owner he claims the business is not responsible On 08/06/2015 I brought my vehicle to Nichols tire to get two tires installed on my truck. The work was performed and after a debit card payment of $30.00 I inspected the work and found unnecessary damage to the wheels on my truck. Several employees looked at the damage and agreed that it was undue and even apologized for the damage. After the business documented said damage, informed me that the owner was out of town and to contact them in one week. Today has been one week and upon contacting the owner I was told that the damage was pre-existing and that nothing would be done to make it right. In my opinion that is foul business and is unfair. Other employees admitted that the employee that performed the work was inexperienced. I was treated rudely and unfair and I'm composing this complaint to protect the public from the same undue treatment. I hope that this helps. [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to be reimbursed for damages incurred or at least the $30.00 charge for installing the tires incorrectly Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] V.P. Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email:[redacted]The said customer came into our business for 2 tires He brought and had us install. After our employee finished the customer brought us over to look at his rims. We have a policy that is posted that we are not responsible for wheel damage and/or broken or stripped lug nuts and studs. However, the owner spoke to the customer and asked him several times how we could make this right. The customer never gave a answer and when asked a 3rd time what we could do he just responded that he wouldn't be back. The owner was trying to find out how to resolve but the customer was simply upset. The reason it took a week to speak to the owner was also comtributed to the customer not being off til the following Friday. This was the first available time for them both to speak. The charge that the tires were installed incorectly however is untrue. The tires were put on correctly and there was no problem with that. We will reimburse the 30.00 for labor and would have had he let us know then he called. Thank you and please let us know if we can be of further assistance. I would also like to state that at no time would we or have we ever stated any of our employees are inexperienced. This is not a practice we have at our company to talk about or degrade our own employees.
