Nichols Wash

I called Cary Towing & Recovery today, Aug 6, 2015, to have my vehicle towed from my house to a nearby garage The person told me that he would be there in min He showed up in 15-min, which was great, but when I got out of the house with the keys, he was gone! It couldn't have been more than min, but he didn't have the professionalism or courtesy to wait min and just leave without saying anything I should've checked his Revdex.com rating before calling him and now I see that he is not accredited and has poor rating of C+ I am sure more people have had or will have the same bitter experience I had and hope to see his rating go down even further to the point that he is shutdown

I did not receive the information for this complaint.  I apologize and I will take this up with the employees on site as to how it was handled.  I will be glad to reimburse the customer for the $22.00.  I will send a check out to him today.  Thank you,[redacted]

Review: On November 26, I purchased a wash in the center lane at this car wash. I assume that due to the holiday, all wash workers were off, but it is a self service wash, so I proceeded. The wash started, but no water/ soap was being used, so I drove out of the wash and went into the right hand wash, where I got the wash that I paid for. I paid/ was charged twice for one wash. The first wash was not just unsatisfactory; it didn't work. I slid my card within 2 minutes of each other, far shorter than the $11 wash takes to complete. I called the customer service number and left a voicemail on two different occasions requesting a refund with no avail. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The wash, however, was decent--but not worth $22.Desired Settlement: $22 Refund
