Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: AS OF TODAY 12-**-THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED BY NATIONAL EPAYMENT/MERCHANT INDUSTRY CONTRARY TO THE LIES THAT WERE MADE IN THE RESPONSE FIRST OF ALL THE CANCELLATION WAS MADE BACK IN AUGUST OF TO CLARK K [redacted] THE OWNER AND I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES TO SUBSTANTIATE THIS SECOND OF ALL MY BANK ( [redacted] ***) JUST CONFIRMED THERE HAVE BEEN NO PAYMENTS BY THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AMOUNT INTO THE ACCOUNT OF AUTO EXPO OR [redacted] FOR THE AMOUNT DISPUTED THIS IS JUST MORE LIES FROM THIS COMPANY WHICH IS QUITE THE NORM AND THEY HAVE BEEN CONTINUING TO LIE ABOUT THIS CREDIT FOR FOUR MONTHS NOTHING IS EVER RESOLVED, JUST MISLEADING PROMISES BY THE ENTIRE COMPANY I REQUEST A SCREEN SHOT OF THE MONIES GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT OR A MONTHLY STATEMENT SHOWING WHERE AND WHEN THE MONIES WERE DEPOSITED BECAUSE RIGHT NOW MY ACCOUNT IS STILL NEGATIVE SINCE THIS "COMPANY" FRAUDULENTLY CONTINUES TO WITHDRAW MONIES FROM A CLOSED BUSINESS THAT THEY WERE NOTIFIED ABOUT MANY TIMES PLEASE ADVISE IMMEDIATELY [redacted] -OWNER [redacted] /AUTO EXPO In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
Hello, The merhcant (John P***) did contact us on 12/**/and after researching the issue the merchant was advised that the account was submitted for cancellation and a refund will be issued immediately. The merchant was advised the refund may take 3-business days to appear on
his accoutn. The account was closed as of 12/**/and I am attaching a screen shot of the closed profileThe refund was submitted on 12/**/for the amount of 350.84 and the merchant should see the amount in his acccount that we had on file within the time frame providedI am attaching a screen shot of the refund as wellThere is no further resolution requieredIf there are any other questions or concerns regarding this issue please let us know.RegardsDaniel S***
