Review: My husband and I contracted [redacted] to be the photographer for our wedding on May 18, 2013. In the contract we were to receive a 10 x 10 leather album. The contracted price was paid in full in March of 2013. A list of the pictures we wanted in the album was sent to Mr. [redacted] on May 2, 2014. There have been months of emailing back and forth and constantly being told by Mr. [redacted] that he was working on our album proof and would have it to us soon. We finally received the initial proof on March 30, 2015. A final list of edits was sent to him on April 2, 2015 and we have yet to hear back from him.Desired Settlement: Per the contract we were to receive this wedding album and have spent nearly two years trying to finalize the album and acquire it. We would like to seek further action to assist us in having Mr. [redacted] uphold his end of the contract and provide us with the final, updated proof and then the album.Please note that the address we have is the address that Mr. [redacted] was at in 2012 when we contracted him. We do know he has moved elsewhere in Richmond, VA since then.

Review: My husband and I used [redacted] as our wedding photographer in August 2011. Our contract, which was already paid for in full by the time of our wedding, stated that we would obtain a total of 3 wedding albums. One 12x12 premium Italian Leather album and two 6x6 hardcover parent albums. Despite the fact that it took us about a year to finally decide on which pictures we wanted in our album, [redacted] has yet to deliver our products or even respond to emails, or voice mails left for him. The last response I received from [redacted] was on 9/29/14 stating he will try and get it the changes back to us. We have sent numerous other emails and have called him without response. We have paid $4,000.00 for his services and he has not fully given us what we paid for.Desired Settlement: At this point we would like a full refund if the albums are not going to made and delivered in the next couple of weeks.
