The homeowners complained and they came back to wash and caulk for only the ones who complainedThey were also told they could only use the water from the public water line, but they were lazy and just using water hoses from certain homes' backyard, causing significant water bill increases for those homeownersThey even stole my garden hose sprayerTheir work was sloppy and dripped paint all over our deck and fenceBecause of all the complaints, we got several other painters for estimate just to see what the benchmark should be Our HOA overpaid this job by $100K because one of the HOA board officers was ***'s friend and insisted on using him and refused to get alternate bidsDO NOT RECOMMEND
