We ordered (and paid for) a sewing machine that was over $2,from Nick-O Sewing Machine, LLC back in August of It is now October of and we still have not received it

Nick-O Sewing did not do the warranty repair and neglect their responsibility
I bought sewing machines from this company on 5/23/2017, and one of them has broken on DecemberSo, I call them and talked with their tech person (his name is Reabon), and I sent him several photos and a video-clip relating the symptom of the sewing machineHe agreed that a part (SERVO MOTOR) needs to be replaced to fix the issueThat date was December 14,
On January this year, I called Nick *** the Sales person whom I ordered the sewing machines from, and explained the situation and he said that he would find out the invoice and would ship the parts and call me backIt looked like everything would be O.K., but he never call me back about the status and there was no parts from them
I was hoping that, even though he did not call me, he would ship the part, so waited a couple of weeks, but part was never delivered
