I've been attempting to make a large purchase for over a week now. The first sales person I spoke to was very rude and unwilling to help. He had me send him an email of my requirements then never responded. I then spoke to a woman who was very nice and seemingly willing to help, until she took my credit card number to expedite some samples, then never sent the samples, and has not called me back in 4 days, despite me leaving multiple messages with her coworkers and them repeatedly telling me that she would call tomorrow, then the next day, then the next. I still have heard nothing and I'm getting worried as I provided my credit card information and have received nothing.
