I hired this handy man to install 2 porch rails and a handrail I purchased the products and all he had to do was install the items. We had a contract for 300.00. First hw dis not complete the job. Second he didnt complete it in the time he allowed so he sent me a bill for double the amount and the porch was not completed. I had to hire someone else to complete the job.
