This message is in regard to my complaint submitted on 2/10/4:42:PM against ***'s Auto Service. My ID 10441295. Today on 03/02/, I went to *** Auto to get a receipt for the Horn job that Mr*** *** performed on my truck, and again very unprofessionally he

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr*** is very vague and inaccurate on his description of the accountHe claims that he performs free maintenance on my vehicle and that on 12/25/he fixed my muffler for freeI have in my possesion an invoice and a check for $made payable to *** ***The invoice is for repair of the exchaust pipe, muffler, a couple of leaks in the oil pan and a gasket he replaced on the engine.All this was done from 11/06/till 11/08/when I paid himThat day I also asked him about the horn and told him that I had replaced the fuse myself as a way to fix it myselfHe told me that it wasn`t the fuse but some control module in the steering wheelHe said he could get a used one at a junk yard On 12/23/I took my truck in the shop for the horn repair.He didn`t have the right tool to open up the airbag so I had to leave my truck there And I correct myself, it was actually the next day, 12/24/not the 25th that Mr*** calls me and tells me that the horn was fixed and we arranged that he picks me up at my house at around 4:pmHe came to my house and his wife was waiting in the van.We drove off and I pick up my truck at his shop I paid him $The next week I went back to the shop to have it checked because of the air bag issue and cruise control He opens up the airbag without taking any precautions at all(this was all done in front of me and his worker, ***, and shows me that he had rewired the horn and had put a new groundThe rest you should have it on my complaint.I had a lot of respect for Mr *** and was always polite to him and never thought he`d turn this way towards meI went to his shop and not his house and asked him for a quote, like a couple of others I had taken elsewhere, and he gave me the best price and I never took advantage of him as he states on his responseHe states that I was demanding free service in front of customers and that I was screaming and yellingWell, then he must have proof on his camera recordings, or does he?Mr *** can manufacture a lot of lies and he can try and intimidate me but I rest true to my account.I am attaching a copy of the invoice and check mentioned above.

I have read your letter regarding the customer complain of *** *** I'm writing you to inform you of what took place on 12/25/*** is my nephew thou marriageHe comes to my shop to get maintenance on his vehicle free of charge due to his relationship to meWhen I explain that I need to charge him like every other customer he states that he is here illegally from Albania and can not find workSo I felt sorry for my nephew and preformed his maintenance for FREEWhen *** brought in his Nissan he DEMANDED his repairs be done for free in front of paying customersI was so afraid that my customer were scared due to my disgruntle Nephew I repaired his exhaust and sent him on his way 1/6/my nephew returned and complained that his horn was not working properlyI looked at the problem and diagnosed it as a bad fuseI replaced his fuse and sent him on his way, FREE OF CHARGE againWhile I was replacing the fuse, I did NOT remove the airbag or remove or touch any other parts of his vehicleFor the years since I have been in Business I have NOT had one complaint2/10/Gjeri showed up again and was demanding services for free and shouting in front of customers againI told him that he is not welcome in my shop any more due to his non professional mannerI told him that if he comes back I will call the police for disturbance of peace.
