We have a signed contract with *** *** of Nick's Mobile Marine Service LLC from 9/16/which we gave him $to replace an axle, paint bottom of boat and check window seals *** was to return on 10/6/and complete the services We have called, texted, and sent him messages through his *** *** to come back and complete the project He refused to come out until one day in November and he then said he could not complete the job because he could not find an axleWe asked for our money back He refused and said that he would do a winterization which he did, and said he would come back paint, seal windows, and fix our boat throddle We said that would be ok as long as comes back in a month to finish the job We have called and texed Mr*** and he will not respond back to us
