I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards,
*** *** is a joke and his story is no customers were in the store except meAnd it wasnt my first time at his pizza shop and no where does it say the special is for return customers only let him know if this doesnt get resolved with honestly im going to the newsIm not the only one he has wronged he charges ethic and minorites more on a daily basisAnd he takes cash sales to the pocket no receipt

Nick stated : The problem is he never asked for the special on the phone when he orderedThen he added toppings and everything elseWe do have special for plus tax and toppingsHowever he demanded in our store wanting the discount and yelling front of the customers and that made me angry, I
wanted him to calm downHe doesn't qualify for the special because it was the first time visitThe special is offered 2nd time and after with flyerIf he would be nice to me I would be nice to himI got upset because he was yelling in front of my customersI would be happy to refund him $if he contacts me directly with his credit card number
