I called Nicks Plumbing to fix a leaky toilet, Luis came out and accessed the situation and recommended a new toiletI bought a toilet from Lowe's and Luis picked it up and installed it the next dayGreat work, punctual, and a fair priceI will be using Nicks Plumbing again

We had a stopped up toiler on the third floor of ourrental propertyThey took the time to determine and diagnose the problem by using different te techniquesAfter few hours of research they finally found the problem using a camera detecting an obstruction in the main line due to a foreign object left in the line by the subcontractor and use of toilet wipes which do not break down like toilet tissueLong story short the work was completed to the full satisfaction of the tenantsBoth plumbers showed professionalism and courtesy of leaving the house clean as they found itI give them two thumbs up

I called Nick's Plumbing because my tankless hot water heater was making a loud noise (although otherwise working fine)Ron from Nick's Plumbing told me that it needed to be replaced, that in so many words it was a ticking time bombHe also told me that the manufacturer had gone out of business 5-years ago, and that was why it needed to be replaced and couldn't be serviced (no replacement parts would be available)He told me that it would cost $Not feeling right about the situation, I got a second opinion was told the manufacturer (not out of business) and that it just needed to be servicedThere is no question in my mind that their plumber flat out lied

I contacted Nick's Plumbing to investigate a gas leak in our home*** Energy had identified a gas leak in the gas line leading to our gas stovetop and in the gas line leading to the furnaceThe technician that was sent to our job was LeonardHe provided an estimate for work to repair the leaks that were foundThe following are the issues we had with the workTo date we have not received a final bill for the work to approve nor has the business returned multiple calls requesting to resolve the issue
1) Leonard, a licensed journeyman plumber, falsely represented that a city inspection was required in order for us to have our gas turned back onHe indicated that the price for all services would be greater because of this due the multiple trips they would have to make
2) Leonard falsely represented that a permit would be required to perform the work and a separate charge of $dollars would be required
3) Leonard falsely represented that certain changes to the syst
