I am contacting you today about ID# [redacted] The vehicle in question is a Honda Civic with a [redacted] towed on 11/17/The driver was arrested and the vehicle has a Hamilton County Sheriff Holder on itThe holder # is [redacted] and I will include a copy in the email/faxI contacted Hamilton County Sheriff today 12/2/and they have informed me that a release has not been picked up as of 9:13am on 12/2/16.I'm sorry this has been an atrocious experience and most feel that way when one has been arrestedHowever I would like to state the facts.1) We were NOT closed on 11/18/2) True we are closed on weekends and are allowed by HCSD and State rules to charge forthose days3) I had multiple phone calls on this car, however the owner only showed up on one dayNOT three different days4) It does not matter if the owner shows up with their ID, registration, and cash, if the car has a Hold it can not be released without a HCSD releaseI explained this on each phone call and face to face5) Monday the 28th nobody showed up and still have not to this day6) The car will not be released until the registered owner or POA owner shows up with a Photo ID, Registration or Title, Release from the Hamilton County Sheriff Department, and cash for the Tow and Storage from 11/17/until the day it is picked up.I hope this clears things up and everyone has a great weekend [redacted]
