Nick's USA Transport

This company solicits your business (I was a customer for years) but does not treat you as a valued customerI had okay service with the actual cards but the customer service when you had to actually call and talk to someone was terribleThey bill weeklyMy due date was on a Tuesday but they would always send out late notices on the Sunday BEFORE the due date...then tell you your payments were repeatedly late even when they were paid before the due dateI think they were counting the pre due date late notices as actual late paymentsNot a very good way to treat customersThen out of the blue I had an unexplained charge on my accountCalled to find out what it was and they said it was a charge because my payments were always lateReally? I suspended my cards and paid what little balance was on my account which put my balance at zeroNext invoice I had another charge (unexplained) for $75!!! I made three calls; nobody could explain the chargeFinally another call and I was told it was because my company credit score was below Hmmm, I just checked it and it was actually as 750! The clerk actually told me to just close my account...so I did! There are many companies that would love to have my business and have a better attitiude to their customers than this company!
