July 2014--Customer came in store for a bake unit for stove He was told we have to have a model number of range to know what unit he needed He was told where to look for the number He left and came back the second time with the wrong number we checked parts with his number and were told it was not a good numberTold him again and showed him again where to look for the number He came back a third time and was really arrogant about the numbers and told me his daddy said I was hateful I told him if his daddy thought I was hateful, he should check how his son acted Never never have I ever used profane language to anyone at this business My husband and I owned this business from until when he retired Our son has been the sole owner since I work part time for him because I enjoy meeting the public and I have never had a problem before This boy acted as though he had a problem He said people in Harrisonburg were nicer, and I told him to leave the store and go get his part elsewhere He left mumbling that he was going to the Revdex.com and I told him to do what he pleased This is the first complaint we have ever had in yearsI could not believe this boy was acting like he did with his son with himI guess he was upset because he had to come to the store three times If he had only listened to what we told him, he would not have had so much trouble Sorry about this! I was trying to buy a baking element from a stove that my dad purchased there yrs agoI since ordered the part straight from the companyI was refused service because I told the lady she was very rude and unprofessionalI will not be talked to like a dog, I had my ten year old son with me at
the time, and I was told that this ain't the first complaint that's been filed against this ladyI don't think she even reliazes that she acts like that

Review: We purchased a washing machine around April, they delivered and within two weeks the machine stopped functioning properly. They have still not repaired or replaced the unit and it is now July. When the unit was purchased we were told by the office manager that if we had problems with the unit that they would replace it. Then later the owner said that they don't do that. They sent a repairman to our house to check it out and he said he was not sure but he thought it was the control board. He replaced the control board and it still did not work correctly. He said the new control board was bad and would order a new one and forgot to order it for a month until we called and asked them what they were doing about our unit. Then they tried to say that we were not using the machine correctly and that must be the problem. We are now still waiting on the machine to be repaired and supposedly they are going to do it today. We paid for a new washer over three months ago and still can't do laundry. They have been pushing us out and stalling for months. The owner is often out or on vacation out of town and we are told he is the only one who can do anything about it.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the functional equipment that we paid cash for. Taking money from a customer and not supplying a working product is stealing in my mind. We paid for a new washer that works in April and in my mind we still don't have it. Perhaps they should be made to reimburse us for the laundry mat fees we have uncured due to buying a defective product from them with seemingly little to no concern for their customer. They took our money and gave us nothing.

the custumer called and said she was still having a problem and we talked to the manufactor to try and help the custumer this took the better part of the morning when we called the custumer back to let them know what we were going to do the custumer had already called the Revdex.com and somebody to look at the washer and called the lady she had been talking to a [redacted] so we will not be doing any further business with these people
