I am rejecting this response because:
Although there GPS says they were at the location, they were not cleaning up my property as promised...they were cleaning up the mistakes they made on my neighbors house that they had painted...which led to this entire incident!  When they finished their repairs on her house, they finally came over to mine, but much later than the scheduled time, and I was already done cleaning.  Also, they never did ANY cleanup...I was the only one to do any cleanup on my property.  I don't appreciate the patronizing, politically correct, non-sense response here.  The only response that I find acceptable NOW is to reimburse me for my time and supplies that I have had to do cleaning up their mess on my property...which is $200...that is an acceptable response to me!
