This is in response to the complaint that was filed by [redacted] about a job that our company did for herI would like to address each portion of her complaintShe is correct the business does have a new ownerThe new owner did answer the phone when she called to schedule removal of her furnaceShe referenced the previous owner answering and returning callsThe new owner does so as well, or I answer and return calls as we have a fully functioning office unlike the previous ownerThere has never been a very young man answering the phoneWe have a set rate that we charge for moving any furnace or boilerShe was quoted the price of $for moving her furnaceIt is that price whether it takes min.or hoursAs far as our moving rates, that is a whole different categoryShe needed this job done asap due to scheduling issues with her plumber, and we were able to accommodateHad she left multiple messages on our business number her call would have been returned promptlyWe do not receive text messages on our phone, not an optionWe do bring an older pick up on this type of job as we do not wish to dirty our moving vehicles with a dirty old furnaceThe statement referring to our workers as shady looking sub contractors does not apply eitherWe have the same crew as the previous ownerWe do not hire sub contractorsI am sure they were wearing work clothes appropriate for the job they were doingThe tires on our truck are not baldAll of our trucks are kept up as they are used dailyShe referred to [redacted] as the new owner, he is notHe is in charge of operations and collections if need beShe was sent an invoice every month for a year with no interest added, and did not paySo [redacted] was asked to go to her home in hopes of collecting the payment due, which he didNo intimidation, just in hopes of clearing up the bill

There has never been a very young man answering the phone. We have a set rate that we charge for moving any furnace or boiler. She was quoted the price of $450.00 for moving her furnace. It is that price whether it takes 5 min.or 5 hours. As far as our moving rates, that is a whole different category. She needed this job done asap due to scheduling issues with her plumber, and we were able to accommodate. Had she left multiple messages on our business number her call would have been returned promptly. We do not receive text messages on our phone, not an option. We do bring an older pick up on this type of job as we do not wish to dirty our moving vehicles with a dirty old furnace. The statement referring to our workers as shady looking sub contractors does not apply either. We have the same crew as the previous owner. We do not hire sub contractors. I am sure they were wearing work clothes appropriate for the job they were doing. The tires on our truck are not bald. All of our trucks are kept up as they are used daily. She referred to [redacted] as the new owner, he is not. He is in charge of operations and collections if need be. She was sent an invoice every month for a year with no interest added, and did not pay. So [redacted] was asked to go to her home in hopes of collecting the payment due, which he did. No intimidation, just in hopes of clearing up the bill.
