Review: Called the company to pay a bill that they said was over due and must be paid within 10 days or I would be sent to a collection agency, Left message due to no answer. Never receive a call back, So I then called back and the phone would just ring. I used Google to find another number for the company, which I called. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I tried to explain what was happening and she would continuous talk over me. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she told me that she is the supervisor and hung up the phone on me.Desired Settlement: Not sure, Just want people to know about how bad this company treats its customers.

Review: Nickolich Sanitation failed to pick up my trash on 09/12/2013. When I returned home from work I noticed my trash was still there, I assumed that I may not have placed it out in time for the morning pickup. So I moved it back around the house and figured I would put it out next week. The following week I placed the trash out on Wednesday night so as to not miss again. I returned home from work on 09/19/2013 in the afternoon only to find my trash still sitting there. I called first thing Friday morning and asked why they did not pick up my trash, I was told that I was missing a payment. When I asked why if I was missing a payment I never received a letter stating that I still owed them and her response was that they dont do that anymore they just stop picking up the trash and then wait for you to call them. After a number of phone calls I was told that I owed for the May quarter of 2012 which I had already paid for. She then asked me for a check number which I produced and she said she had no record of. I then had to contact the bank to get an image of the check and fax it to her in order to clear up my account. I then told her that the least they could do as a company was send someone out to pick up my trash since I didnt owe them anything. She told me that they would get someone out on Monday and they did not. I then called back Monday afternoon and complained again and she told me they would pick it up on Tuesday only again they did not. So my trash has now been sitting for going on 3 weeks all because they made an accounting error. I owed them nothing paid on time and then they failed to render the service I paid them for and I had to go out of my way to produce proof that I paid them. They leave trash on the road side all the time a box or something small they dont feel like picking up.Desired Settlement: Since I paid for services that were not rendered for 2 weeks and had to pay a small out of pocket fee to the bank in order to produce proof that I paid. I would like to be reimbursed for the 2 weeks that my trash was not removed. No matter how small the amount I was lied to about them coming to get the trash after the bill was straightened out and they did not render the service I paid for. No apology fixes this situation I want my money back for service not completed.

Review: nickolich sant did not pick up my garbage on 8/20/13.I called the company and they said I missed a payment 2 YEARS AGO . I told the lady I do not keep my checks for that kind of stuff ,and they should have sent a late payment notice , there was no notice sent and nothing on my 2012 and 2013 bill about a missed payment .they could have pulled my name out of a hat to see if I would pay . Tuesday the 27th my garbage was not picked up for the 2nd week in a row .I'm paid up for the restof 2013 and want my money back for the weeks they did not pick up my garbageDesired Settlement: I WANT A REFUND FOR THE WEEKS THEY DO NOT PICK UP MY TRASH

Review: In August of 2013 my garbage was not picked up. I called several times to resolve this issue leaving my name and number and my calls were not returned. I did finally speak with someone and they told me they would look into the matter and call me back. They did not. I called this business back.The lady determined that I owed over a year and a half of payment. I told her that I never had received any bills. She told me that it was not her problem. I asked to rectify the situation by paying monthly. She told me no. Then after I pushed the situation,she said she would ask someone. I called back a few days later. We set up a payment plan. I asked her for receipts and a statement in the mail. She said she was too busy.She also told me that I had to pay monthly or they would shut my garbage off.I have been paying a monthly payment since September of 2013. I know I probably have it paid off by now. When I called to check she said she did not have access to that information and would call me back.I still have not received one receipt or an amount due. Also when I called today a lady answered the phone and told me her name was [redacted]. I asked her about my Bill and she handed the phone over to another lady. When I asked who I was speaking to she said [redacted] I said I just spoke to [redacted]? She ignored me. What kind of games are they playing? Then I received a letter in the mail stating that my bill got sent to a collection agency. When I called the agency they had no record of anything but a past due amount.What happened to my monthly payments? How can I get a total? Review: they took over trash removal in [redacted] township a few years ago. it used to be taken by waste management. their trucks are small and require customers to break down larger items before they are willing to take them. they suddenly just stopped taking my trash about a year ago with no notice whatsoever. they told me it was because I didn't pay them for a time period which actually occurred before I even moved into my house. they never sent me a bill for the first quarter of this year. (march 2013- may 2013, they haw always billed quarterly). last week I called and asked them why it hadn't come yet. they said the new bills weren't ready yet. today I received the new bill. it is a bill for an entire year of trash pickup with no monthly or quarterly options. I am in the process of changing jobs so money is a bit right right now and they want me to pay over $100 all at once. this is ridiculous. they also took over recycling pick up and charge twice as much as the old company did. I guess they justify this by picking up recycling every other week instead of once monthly, but that is a lot more than necessary. they have horrible customer service when you call. they always just get mad at you and act like there is no way they could have made an error and that you are annoying them for calling. I wish I had another option for trash removal but unfortunately there is no other choice. this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: I would like the trash removal in my neighborhood to go back to waste management
