Business states that the company has been waiting for customer to return to the establishment and  pick up the $75.

Business states that they were unsuccessful in contacting the consumer directly. Business has decided to go ahead and issue a refund in the amount of $180 upon return of the appliance to the business location.

Business states that consumer not only was given a $300 dollar refund and kept the refrigerator. As a courtesy to the customer, and they would still like the additional $50, they  may come by the business to pick them up. Please call before going to make sure the money is there.

Review: On 7/22/16 our refrigerator was no longer cooling the fridge nor the freezer and it was to late to call for a repair man. So on 7/23/16 we called several repair people an no one was able to come fix it that day besides Nicks Appliances which we got off yelp, at 11:53 A.M. we called them an a gentleman by the name of [redacted] picked up, we told him the situation and he said we just needed freon which would cost us $75 and that he would be out to the house in an hour. He came over pulled the fridge out unscrewed the back part cut of something and told us we just needed freon and that he needed to replace the relay. He was here 20 mins top, we gave him cash & he gave us a hand written receipt on a yellow paper and leaves. Everything was great until Monday 8/1/16 we open the refrigerator everything had melted again. Right away we called the company, at first they didn't pick up then someone picked up after calling several time stating that [redacted] is the one who handles the fridge and wont be in till 1 hour. Called back again they stated that hes helping a customer and to call back in 10 min, I called again and again an no one answered. It either went to fax machine or voicemail, I left several messages no one called back. I had to call another company to see whats going on with the refrigerator and finally another company who charged us a fee just to come look at the fridge and told us we that they can't put any freeon at all because there's a leak in the compressor which would cost alot more to repair it then to get a new fridge. I even called today 8/3/16 to see if I can get a hold of NICKS APPLIANCE, an still no response.Desired Settlement: We want our money back, after calling several companies they all gave me the same response that we should have never had to get a top off on freon for the face if the temperature of the fridge is dropping then there's a good chance we have a leak in the pipe. So why were we charged for something that was not fixable. Also for being so unprofessional, and ignoring our calls, we went into loss for all the groceries that we had stored in the fridge.

Review: We bought a refrigerator and were told it worked but as soon as we got home and noticed the plastic water hose had crumbled and it did not have the auger motor so it wouldn't make ice even if it had a working water hose. It took two different guys to come out to semi fix it. The next morning it had leaked water all of the floor. After calling them for a week someone finally came out and brought a second refrigerator to our house to take parts from. Why this was easier than just bringing parts, I don't know. That refrigerator remained at our house for two weeks while the original, and now Frankensteined fridge, only worked for one more week. When we came back from a trip over the weekend the fridge had completely died and we lost all of our food. [redacted]'s solution was to give us an equally valued refrigerator but that one didn't work either. The refrigerator only chilled to 45 and the freezer had a fan that intermittently worked but sounded like a plane taking off. In the end we had gone through five refrigerators and paid over the original cost of the refrigerator to have an actual repair person come out and fix it.The final day I went in to the shop because no one answers the phone there were 3 other people there waiting to talk to someone about the appliance they bought here that had just died. If you persist long enough he will give you some of your money back but you have to fight for it.Desired Settlement: They only gave us back $300 of our $350 and did not refund us for any of our lost food.

Review: Purchased a stove 3 weeks-1 month ago which comes with a 60 day warranty within a week had issues with oven not staying hot would pre-heat then go into cool down would click 4 times and not turn back on they came took it and had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to get back to me within that time period they gave me a so called stove that works yeah that was a joke it was set up for propane which I had to get specific specs on orfices and fix them well I finally get my stove back on 11/30/2015 was told parts where replaced and all was good I was happy yeah that was a lie oven still does the same and I have 30 min of video showing me baking cookies and taking pan out with my bare hands called numerous times and now here it is 12/3/2015 and still no warranty honored.Desired Settlement: would like proof of repair and stove repaired correctly and fully working. work full refund and old stove that we gave them for 30 dollars credit off the 180 that was paid old stove was set up for propane which is why new stove was bought they came 180 was total including delivery got 30 off in exchange for our old stove so 150 cash paid and old stove.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to company 2 days after filing and went down and picked up parts to fix the stove which is now working thanks to me fixing it and they are complete liars that they couldn't get ahold of me because they sure did call me at 330 today the 28th day of December I wish to no longer have any dealings with this company thank you.
