Review: Purchased a 2002 Honda Accord in March, 2013. Was assured by Nick that tires were new and car was in excellent condition. Just has to replace all tires on car and fix the oil gasket. Car still needs around another 500.00 in repairs maybe more. I am also still waiting for the registration have call numerous time and been given the run around from [redacted] finally called the [redacted] today they have never received any paperwork from Nick's. Again called today to speak to them about this the new reason is it has not been given to their title person... I purchased a car from another dealer and received the title in 30 days. Do not know what to do at this point paid them 6200.00 for this car and still waiting for paperwork saying I am the legal owner.Desired Settlement: Want the registration paid and sent to me per contract and refund for the tires...

We have been in contact. with thiscustomer regarding her registration. The tires are something that can be visuallyinspected by the customer. This particular customer and her husband went over thevehicle with a fine tooth comb for two days before purchase and the only thing they hadfound to be substandard was the a small issue with the shifter which was fixed by NickAuto Group as promised. At the time of sale the tires did meet the standard for whichtires are to be when a vehicle is sold and the complaint over the tires (a wear and tearitem) came 3 months after purchase. Common sense, if you are looking at the tires on avehicle you can see if they are worn or not) tires are not something you can hideespecially from adult people over 50 years old who I am sure have purchased manyvehicles in there lifetime. The car was dramatically reduced from the original price eventhough that fact is irrelevant it is still a fact. The vehicle was advertised for 6988 and wassold for 5503 so that being said Nick Auto Group will not be issuing any refundswhatsoever for any wear and tear items. We understand in this type of economy thateveryone has bad times but we still must be fair to each other in our complaints otherwisewe subject ourselves to living within a jungle.We appreciate the business of all of our customers and do our best as a small dealershipto recondition all of our vehicles and pride ourselves in our higher standard.Sincerely,[redacted]Sales Manager
