Hello [redacted],I am responding to the mentioned complaint above.  Tia provided a different address when applying for her apartment home.  When her refund was sent out it went to the address that was originally provided.  They called cussing and verbally harassing my team demanding...

their refund.  Unfortunately, since the incorrect address was provided we have to wait until the check is returned.  We told them we would call as soon as we received it so they can come pick it up or we can mail it to a new address.We are waiting for the check to come back.Thank you,
