Review: I have an exhaust fan in the attic. It has never been thermostat-controlled. I control it manually because I want to vent the house whenever I like.

Issue 1:

The motor needed an overhaul $415i(paid) n October 2013 but I never requested a change in the thermostat setting. The serviceman, unauthorized by me set the thermostat. I couldn't vent the house when I needed to. It took sometime for them to solve the issue because they should not have touch the thermostat at all.

I was charged for "extra work" on the thermostat $105.38( not paid).

Issue 2:

The vent barely open after the overhaul.

Issue 3:

[redacted] is sending a bill for the Issue 2 every month and charged 1% interest after I called and complained.Desired Settlement: I do not trust them to come back to do any more work on the vent. I will not pay for the unauthorized thermostat setting and correction to original pre-overhaul setting and the finance charge of 1% monthly. I need a letter from [redacted] that $105.38 has be cancelled.
