Review: Purchased food, a bag of potatoes. It had brown, white thing inside of it. I was cooking dinner and didn't realize my just purchased bag of potatoes had a growth inside of it. It was very upsetting because I didn't know anything was wrong with my purchase. It was Sunday cooking dinner, had the bag of potatoes in the sink, open bag, started taking potatoes out. I had the creepy crawlys for over a week because I had my hand inside this bag of growth!!! I have a picture of it along with the receipt of purchase. When I went to return the item the manager [redacted] was very carefree. Simply took bag and gave me $3.00 cash. I thought I would at least receive a sincere apology and a gift card for a couple bucks as an apology. I am not sure what the process is for grocery stores selling out dated or just bad food but this was the worst experience while cooking Sunday dinner. Maybe if I hadn't put my hand in the bag before hand and started cleaning them for dinner I wouldn't be so disturbed.Desired Settlement: a sincere apology and maybe a future gift card...also the store should have some kind of way to check food so this NEVER happens again.
