Nick's Towing

Review: 6-23-2015 Called Nick's Towing for service because car wouldn't start. Cannot recall name of person I spoke with but discussed getting a receipt and she told me she would email me a receipt. I paid the driver $65.00 in cash. Did not get a receipt so I called on 6-24-2015 and left message requesting receipt and provided my email again. Called later on 6-24-2015 and spoke with same person that promised email receipt and she stated she did get my message, was out "on the truck" all day but promised she would send a receipt as soon as she returned to the office.6-26-2015 @ 9:42 a.m. left another message requesting a receipt and stating that I needed it to turn in to insurance company for reimbursement. @ 1:47 p.m. but still no receipt @ 2:02 p.m.Desired Settlement: Receipt for $65.00 paid in cash, stating services provided and dated 6-23-2015.
