I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
I stand by the facts as set out in my complaint.  The response by [redacted]/d.b.a. Nick's Tree Service is self serving and does not reflect the truth of the matter.  As to his comments regarding my husband, these are also self serving and defensive.  It was Mr. [redacted] who launched an ad hominem attack against my husband in an email exchange which, as with the others, we have kept.   And if Mr. [redacted] doesn't know how to professionally repair lawns, as he suggests, he shouldn't have taken the job and our money. Regards,

Review: Nick's Tree Service cut down multiple trees on my property over a month ago. He was fully paid to cut, grind, and remove all trees. He secured a dumpster that was placed on my property in which he filled completely. Upon final payment, I asked him how much longer until the dumpster was removed and he replied just a few days. The dumpster is still on my property, in the driveway, blocking my garage. I have repeatedly called both numbers they provided, as well as left an email. Now that a month is gone by, I reached out to the dumpster company who is now coming after me for payment. They admitted that Nick's Tree Service rented the dumpster with a credit card on file. They claim the card is no longer active and they cannot reach Nick's either. He wants me to pay to remove it, yet I have fully paid Nick's for this service. I have been unable to use my own driveway for over a month now, and also being threatened to have legal actions taken against me by the dumpster service.Desired Settlement: I would like for the dumpster to be removed immediately. I am currently in contact with a lawyer and will seek reimbursement for legal fees if this matter is not corrected before fees are incurred. If I have to obtain legal remedy, I will also seek cash compensation for the prolonged use of my driveway,time away from work to coordinate, and any other costs that I incur or wages lost due to this matter.

Review: I hired Nick's Tree Service to cut down & remove a 120 foot tree that [redacted] said was infected with beetles and was dead but not an emergency to be removed. He was initially contacted in early May 2013. He then sent out a worker to my house on May 16th who requested a $400.00 deposit (check # 977). His worker, [redacted], then stated the tree would be removed by Saturday 5/18 the latest. So, I then wrote & provided another check with the remaining balance of $275.00 (check # 978). Contract was signed stating the remaining $125.00 would be paid on 5/24/13. The checks (#977 & #978) were cashed on 5/20 but no work was started on the tree that was supposed to be removed. After several calls and messages, the work to start to remove the tree began 2 weeks later. The two gentlemen were at my residence for one day and then did not return for another week and a half, once again only after several calls/messages. Then, the work was still NOT completed. The men returned to my residence on June 9th "to complete the work" but would not show up unless I paid another $80.00 in cash because, according to them, they had not been paid by their boss, [redacted]. I once again paid [redacted] the cash (which he signed a receipt) and he was to complete the work. However, after another 4 hours of work, the tree is still NOT completely down. I once again contacted [redacted] who reassured me that he personally would be to my house to complete the job, as well as repair the holes in my driveway and lawn. [redacted] assured me he would be to my residence and all work would be completed to my satisfaction by June 14th. I even provided him with pictures of the uncompleted work and texted them to his number per his request. As of today, 7/1/13, the work is still not complete and I cannot get [redacted] to return any of my phone calls/voice mail/text messages. I am very disappointed with the work that is still not complete and my driveway and lawn has not been repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund totaling the amount of $3000.00 in order for me to be able to hire another company to complete the required work as well as make the necessary repairs to both my lawn and driveway. This reimbursement would also include the fact that my car was involved in a hit and run accident while on the last day his workers were at my house. My car sustained $2000.00 in damage because his workers failed to inform me they completed the work and I would be able to park in driveway.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Nick's Tree Service regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] completed cutting down the tree. However, he did not clean around the stump of the tree, leaving a mess.

Also, he contacted me & left me a voicemail saying he had to specially order the type of rocks that are used in my gravel driveway & he was waiting for them to come in. The rocks he used to 'repair' my driveway are a completely different color (grey - whereas my gravel is made up of white rocks) & the holes are not sufficiently filled in. Now, the rocks he used to fill the holes will have to be removed, filled with sand & then the white gravel rocks will have to be replaced. My driveway will also have to be raked to ensure the gravel is evenly distributed.
