Review: On May [redacted], 2013, I ordered auto glass to be installed and replaced on a vehicle and left a $200 deposit. They never ordered the glass and I did not receive any services whatsoever from them. They kept on lying and telling me that they will get the glass next day, next day, and it never came. I have been asking for a refund for over a month. They make me come to the shop every day and then they tell me that no one with authority is here to issue a refund. When I call, they hang up. When I show up, they keep on saying come back tomorrow, no one is here to pay. They are lying all the time.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $200. It is unfair what they are doing to the customers.
