1/2 a string went out when I removed some bulbs to put where some were not lit. They would not come back on even when I put them back in and checked the connections etc. The cost to ship them back is as much as I paid for them in the first place and Lowes will not take them back after December 26. Who takes their lights down before 12/26?

This company sent a defective productPer the package insert I contacted the customer service center, not the store where purchasedThe customer service center is located in the PhilippinesThey cannot or would not provide a way to contact the US location which is in CTThey could not tell me who they reported to or provide a name of their manager in the USOne rep told me he was in CT when I asked another, they tole me they were a call center in the PhilippinesThey were to send out a replacement part and it would arrive in 7-daysThe replacement part didn't leave the facility in US for daysI would not recommend this company
Bought a 7.5' Pre-cut Boone fir with color changing lights on 12/01/19 - set up correctly, as per instructions. Now it's 12/19 and my tree lights/music is no longer working. Don't have any idea what happened to it. Worked fine one night, got up the next day and it was not working. Customer service is a nightmare. She put me on hold at least 4 times to check to see about my account and continued to ask if I had done the troubleshooting. I wish I would not have bought this thing - may still un-decorate and pack it back up and take back to Lowe's.

I had purchased a [redacted] Color Effects Christmas tree at [redacted] provided by Nicolas Holiday, IncIt was a beautiful pre-lit tree, that cost over $300, and it came with a year manufacturer's warrantyI got one year out of it, and set it up for Christmas this year on November 30, and the lights worked for days and then blacked outI called customer service and determined that the cause was a defective power pack, and they told me that they are very busy, and would not be able to ship the replacement part for 7-days, despite the fact that I asked for expedited delivery, because it was emotionally important to my child to have the tree work for ChristmasI called again on the 10th day, and it sounded like they had outsourced their customer service to India, and the person I spoke with said it was "out to the courier" for shipmentShe was unable to give me any indication as to when it would ship or when I would receive it, and refused to make a call to the warehouse or courier to determine if it can be expeditedShe just said she'd email the warehouse and let them know I wanted to expedite shippingI asked to speak with a supervisor, and the supervisor gave me the same run around, and could not explain why the part could not be overnighted or sent by day mailHaving not received the part by the week before Christmas, I had to go out and buy lights to string on the treeThe part finally showed up on Christmas Eve, late in the dayFrankly, this is the worst customer service I have seen in a long timeGiven that anyone else can provide over- night or day delivery, there was no excuse for this type of customer service

To Whom It May Concern: I purchased a ftpre-lit Just Cut Natural Frasier Fir ConstantON Tree from [redacted] in for $The UPC# is 8**SSN**A section of the tree stopped working and we spent hours trying to fix the lightsI made a service call and had a very frustrating conversation with someone who agreed to send me replacement lights (my ticket numbers are [redacted] )The lights that were sent appear to have a different brightness than the original lightsI called the customer service number again and had another frustrating conversationI told the representative that the lights that were sent appear to have different brightness then the ones on the treeI asked for a replacement tree since the lights that were sent would not fix the problemThe representative gave a laugh and said they would not replace itI was told that someone would review my claim and I would be sent an email in 3-business daysThe email said the lights are the same brightnessI understand that on paper they may have the same brightness level, but when you look at the replacement lights that were sent compared to the ones on the tree they are differentSince then, another section on the tree stop workingI called before Christmas hoping to have it resolved, but instead we had a partially lit treeI could have explained to our guests how [redacted] was great in resolving the issue, but instead I shared how we spent a lot on a tree that stopped working in two yearsI tried to call customer service again and waited on hold for two hours! Same issue as the others, bought a tree in 2014, had it up twice and one strand of lights went out, got no response from customer support so I took off the bad strand and put on a new one, which was no easy task on a prelit tree As soon as I put the tree back together another entire strand went out This was a very expensive tree to only last Christmas's
I purchased a beautiful white Christmas tree two years ago. The tree has changed colors and looks dirty. I have taken great care of this tree. The tree was priced close to $500. I assumed because an UNLIMITED Warranty came with the tree the company would stand behind their warranty. Not so. I was told they don't warranty a tree if it turns yellow or changes color. I will not be doing business with this company ever again. The customer service is horrible.

Same as the other reviewer I purchased the tree for the holiday, put it up, decorated and it worked for less than minute The box instructions say "do not return to retailer" so I called customer service They said a replacement part would be delivered in days That was over two weeks agoI just received and email from them saying they don't have the parts here in the US, but once the get them from the factory (I am assuming they are being sent from Taiwan), they will expidite itThere are complaints regarding the same issues all over FaceBook, and Twitter Every time you call or email, they say "rest assured, we will note your file"

purchased GE iTwinkle light sets (4) about 4 years ago. They are programmable with a smart phone app. The sets worked fine. This year I put them up, (2 1/2 hours) and now find that the smart phone app is no longer available. I spent 200 dollars because I trusted the GE name and wanted LED. So now I am stuck with lights that just willy-nilly set their own patterns. Called customer service, they said gee, we can't help but you should see our line of new products. I will never buy GE or Nicolas again.
