We received extremely bad customer service from this company. They were rude, did not follow up, sold our unit to someone else, would not return or answer the phone, and kept pushing off our installation. We finally had to go with someone else because when asked why they did not show up for our second scheduled appointment, we were told they "didn't want to do it anyway" and hung up on. We own several properties and repeatedly asked them to do a good job, so that we could send them more business. But after multiple very rude responses / no responses, we took our business elsewhere.
