Review: Sole request of this issue if any at all is a refund of payment. Some restitution for poor services. For a service that failed their advertisement. We chose Nicoll's Limousine for our wedding transportation. From the church to the Reception it was to be a 10 minute ride. It lasted 45 minutes. I felt kidnapped. We took the longest ride of our lives. Our guests in their own car took 15 minutes.We lost 45 minutes of our reception time, outside lighting that was required for pictures. We lost memorable time to take these pictures. Because of the loss of time driving all over the CITY of NEW ORLEANS, we had to modify our reception to make up for the loss of time. We were not asking for a refund of the reception, because that would not be fair to the Nicoll's Limousine. What we were asking was for a partial if any of the cost of the "ride". We could have taken our own vehicle and been there in normal time in normal traffic.They told me to take it up with the police.Desired Settlement: Partial if not full refund payment.
