Nicolock Paving Stones NE

Review: Had Nicolock pavers installed on my driveway and within 6 months the bricks faded. I had the salesmen come to my house and before he could speak I told him I also work in the flooring industry and I know companies (including the one I work for ) hate to pay out. The salesmen [redacted] admitted to me the bricks are faded and he should be able to get this resolved but a week later he sent me an email saying his company said their was efflorescent film on the bricks and that would go away with time. It hasn't and they refuse to resolve this. I live right around the block from [redacted] know he is an authorized Nico Lock dealer and I showed him and he said these "look terrible" Bad way to conduct business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Replace the brick with labor.
