Review: Nicosia contraction installed a new step area and patio paver walkway approx 12 years ago. during the sales process he said he stands by his work 100%. almost 3 years after the initial installation the steps began to sink and become unsafe. I called Nicosia back and he came out and did a repair. it wasn't perfect but it was ok to get us by. The repair didn't hold up and I had called for a repair and site visit. Nicosia said he would come out and look and after two weeks he never came. I called again on a status and he said the earliest he could come would be Sept and if he agreed to fix it it would be at a full charge.

Nicosia came highly recommended from my 3 cousins who used his services so I thought I was in good hands.

The steps are dangerous now, they are loose and dropping from the house. [redacted] Nicosia said to me if I opened a BB case he would go after me personally and he has the means to do so and that is a quote. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] Nicosia to stand behind his work 100% like he stated when he received the job from me. He is a large company within the community and he should honor his work and his word.
