We were contacted on 4/15/16, Customer stated to contact Realtor to do an inspection on old Furnace and that an air box (heat
exchanger) looked badWe went out and his Realtor met us to do the serviceAfter all done we mailed a bill to his physical address for billingIn most cases with a landlord we usually get a credit card # but it was with the Realtor which we handle all the time and they usually payI had contacted and mailed numerous times and even spoke to Customer and he stated he thought his wife mailed the payment and he would call back never did, so I mailed again and put note that a lien will be put on property! Still no call back or complaint until they were going to close on the house then he immediately called and the Title Company did also, and they even said they would pay itSo from April until September he never complained just ignored the billIf he had an issue he should of called after receiving the original bill with copy of the work order in April
