Review: I hired [redacted]s Cleaning Services in Simi Valley to clean my house in October 2014. I met the owner [redacted] when she came to my house to go over everything that was to be cleaned, and asked me if I had anything in particular to be done. I told her I had problems with my previous cleaning person leaving windows open when they left. She assured me that her employees do not open the windows at all.. We made arrangements for her crew to come and clean on November 7th, 2014. Her crew showed up to clean while my husband was home to let them in, they were given instructions regarding closing the house up as no one would be home when they were done. I arrived home from work in the evening to find that the ceiling fans had been left on in the bedrooms and the windows had been left open in both bathrooms, also the sliding glass door with screen in the living room were left closed but not locked. [redacted] called me to see if I was pleased I explained the cleaning was good but not happy with the door window and fan situation, she apologized, I said I would give her one more opportunity. her crew came a second time on 11-24-2014, this time the cleaning was good but they opened my living room blinds and I came home to blinds that were partially closed and could not be opened at all or even pushed to the side for opening, I called [redacted] immediately, she said she would ask her girls, she called me back and said they did not break them. she came over the next morning said her girls said they did not open blinds her male employee that was with her however said they were wide open when he got there, she said she would have someone come to see the problem but not til a week or so later. Today is Dec 18th she made arrangements for someone to meet me at my house today at 12PM to see the blinds. I left after waiting for 40 minutes, they showed up an hour later.I would never recommend or use her service again, it has cost me. I cant believe she actually deposited the last check I gave her knowing what her employees had done,Desired Settlement: I want my blinds returned to their originally working condition whether that be just a new head rail or a complete set of blinds.I do not mind meeting someone at the house but it needs to be at my convenience, I am employed and so is my husband. I cannot afford to leave work and wait around for someone to be an hour late from the appointment time where I loose time at my job.

As stated by the Customer. They were told not to touch the blinds and she claims that they did not. Nidia says the blainds were already broken. They went to meet the customer and she was not there. They left their card asking her to call and the customer called and told them not to come back.
