The offer made by the business failed to resolve my complaint within the 7 days given me to accept or reject the proposed action.  I therefore must reject the proposed action and will wait to see if Mr P[redacted] does indeed contact me.

Called business spoke with [redacted]. She stated that Mr. P[redacted] is out of the office all next week November 6, 2017 through November 10, 2017. He will be returning to the office November 13, 2017. [redacted] stated that Mr. [redacted] can expect a phone call no later than the 17th of November. [redacted] stated if they cant provide an estimate at that time then they will schedule a day to come out and give Mr. [redacted] an estimate on the new pool and patio. The main office number is [redacted].
