Nieboer Electric, Inc., everyone in the business is friendly enough, but we have a situation whereas we need our generator to be functional 24/7, due to health issuesWe call and are told someone will be sent due to the generator not working and we wait hours for someone and no one shows or calls and they are no more than a mile and a half away and they close at p.mIt was fixed (supposedly) and we had to wait a few days for that this fallMy husband depends on this generator to stay alive during an electrical outage because of both a heart condition and needing oxygen 24/He cannot afford to be without it especially at night due to being on a Bi Pap at night and stops breathing several times an hour and could die without itWe always pay our bills in full whenever we need service, so that is not a reason to make us wait and possibly have to stay awake all night on oxygen tanks to make sure he doesn't fall asleep, should we lose electricityWe are now waiting once again and have no idea, if or when they might show up because it is now after their business hours
